These Terms govern your use of ycfdigital.tech, the technology hub operated by Yellow Cart Family Store LLC (trading as YCF Digital). By accessing this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Scope

This site showcases software products built by YCF Digital and links to them. It is informational. The Shopify app at /fullcontentseo has its own Terms of Service required by Shopify Partner terms; those terms apply to the app itself.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — copy, images, code, logos, schemas, badges — is the property of YCF Digital or its licensors and is protected by copyright and related laws. You may view the site and link to it; you may not reproduce or republish substantial portions without written permission. Partner badges (Google Partner, Shopify Partner, Amazon Ads Partner, Meta Business Partner) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here under their partner programs.

  • access the site by automated means other than public search engines;
  • attempt to bypass rate limiting, security, or access controls;

4. Third-Party Links

We link to external platforms (Shopify, Google, Amazon, Meta, Hostinger, teknikservisturkiye.com). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or availability. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

5. AI-Generated Content Notice

Our Shopify app (Full Content SEO) uses Google Gemini to generate SEO content for merchants. AI-generated output is provided as-is; we do not guarantee search engine rankings or third-party outcomes. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing content before it is published to their stores. This notice applies to those apps; the technology hub site you are currently on does not generate AI content for visitors.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, although we maintain it with commercially reasonable care.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YCF Digital and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye without regard to conflicts of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of İzmir, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise. For US customers engaging directly with Yellow Cart Family Store LLC, disputes may alternatively be resolved in courts of the State of Wyoming.
